Terms of use

  1. Sales terms. Everything you do on this website is covered by our Sales Policies and our Terms and Conditions of All Sales (page 2 of our credit application). Both are in the Resource Center.
  2. How we use your information. We use the information you give us when you register and order only to: (1) contact you about product and price updates; (2) process and ship your orders, which can mean sharing details of your company or your orders with the companies that help us do that; (3) market our products using jobsite addresses, for example to choose which jobs to photograph or to show a finished project to a customer who wants to see one. For marketing, we share nothing but addresses and product types. We never sell information about your company or your orders to anyone, including marketing agencies.
  3. Privacy and cookies. Your use of this website is also covered by our Privacy Policy. The website uses cookies to identify you, track usage and make its features work. By using the website, you accept all of its cookies.
  4. Accuracy. Inventory and prices are usually updated in real time, but problems outside our control, such as a network failure, can leave them out of date. F&M Supply is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies on this website.
  5. Price differences. If a price on this website differs from your current price list, the price list is correct. Please tell us about any difference right away so we can fix it.
  6. Confidentiality. All information on this website is confidential. Don't share it with anyone else, and don't let anyone else use your account without our written approval.
  7. Prices are not an offer. Prices on this website are valid only while your company's account is open and in good standing. Seeing a price here is not an offer to sell.
  8. Orders. Orders placed on this website are legally binding, and we process them as soon as we can. You're responsible for making sure each order is correct. Many products can't be canceled once they're ordered, and we don't accept returns. We'll try to make corrections and changes you ask for, but depending on timing and the products ordered, that may not be possible.
  9. Your login. You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Each person needs their own account; don't share a login.
  10. Leaving your company. Tell us if you no longer work for the company your account is registered under.
  11. No warranty. This website is provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. F&M Supply is not liable for any damages that come from using this website or being unable to use it, including business interruption, lost profits and lost information.
